"Children aged 7-11 will enjoy this lively and colorful quarterly magazine packed with well written garden-related fun facts, guides, quizzes and practical activities.

There are also lots of opportunities for curricular links relating to STEM, the environment, mini beasts, life cycles, food, and of course, school gardening clubs, making this an ideal addition to KS2 classrooms and libraries"

Working with schools

We are delighted to see the My Mini Garden magazines and seed kits being used in schools and children having the opportunity to sow and grow their own food!

We know there are some fantastic school gardening activities being delivered across schools in the UK and we hope to be able to support this important curriculum activity.

Big thanks to St Mary's and St Patrick's RC Primary, Maesteg for sharing their My Mini Garden activity with us.

"Gardening covers so many parts of the curriculum, maths, science, art, physical exercise and very importantly, team work. It is the perfect vehicle for hands on learning."
